These terms do not affect your statutary rights.

Delivery

Your order will normally be despatched within 3 working days. At some times of the year this may be a little longer but we will keep you informed of the orders progress by email. For UK destinations delivery will normally be 2 to 3 days and orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Overseas deliveries are by airmail usually 10 to 14 days

Your Privacy

We value your privacy as much as our own. In all the time we have been a mail order business, over 60 years, we have never sold or shared customer information. The information held on our database is just enough to enable us to fulfil your orders and contact you if there is a problem. Your password is encrypted and known only by you.

Colours

We make every attempt to represent the colours in our kits as accurately as possible. Unfortunately as every monitor will show the colours slightly differently it is not possible to be totally accurate. If a background colour is very important for you please request a colour sample. We can only provide this service for background colours.

Returns and refunds

Any goods which do not meet the standard of our online description or if you just change your mind may be returned for a refund. Goods must be unused and fit for resale to qualify and we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You will be given instructions for the return and refund arrangements. Please note that custom designs which are made to your specification cannot be considered for return. You will be consulted throughout the commission process and production wiil not proceed until you have signed acceptance of the artwork.
